Flat rate of SGD$6 apply on all orders. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery.
Expedited same / next day delivery is SGD$20.
Self-Collection
Select 'Pick up' as delivery method during checkout.
You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pick up.

Monday to Friday, 10.30am to 4.30pm. Not including public holidays and eve of.
If you wish to cancel your pick up order, a SGD$3 fee will be charged.
Returned Packages
For packages returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple missed attempts, a reshipping fee of SGD$8 will apply to cover the cost of repackaging and shipping.
If you wish to cancel a returned parcel, a SGD$8 fee will be charged.

Delivery
Flat rate of USD$35 apply on all orders. Please allow 7 - 10 working days for delivery.
Missing & Delayed Parcel
Orders that are confirmed missing by our shipping provider will be fully refunded.
Orders that do not arrive within 2 months from order date, not due to the buyer's action, will be deemed missing and refunded.
Duties & Taxes
- Fees: Any duties and/or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

There is an admin fee of SGD$3.00.
Please ship the product with tracking back to us to at your own cost and risk.
Upon receiving and confirming the condition of the product, we will proceed with a refund in the form of store credits
